SnapDrama Terms of Use
In case of any discrepancy between this English version and the Japanese version, the Japanese version shall prevail.
1. Introduction
Thank you for using the SnapDrama software and related services.
These Terms of Use govern the use of SnapDrama software and related services between you and NETMARKET ADVANCE LIMITED (the Company, we, or us).
SnapDrama software and related services mean the products and services lawfully owned and operated by the Company under the name SnapDrama, including short dramas, video viewing, search, and other related functions.
Please read and fully understand these Terms before using SnapDrama. Please pay particular attention to provisions concerning disclaimers or limitations of liability, rights licenses, use of information, specific services, governing law, and dispute resolution.
If you are under 18 years old, you must use SnapDrama with the consent of your legal representative or guardian.
If you do not agree to these Terms, the Company may be unable to provide all or part of SnapDrama. By using SnapDrama, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and other related rules.
2. Service Content
SnapDrama is a video streaming service that provides short drama viewing, search, show browsing, membership services, and other related functions.
Only the official SnapDrama website, official app stores, and other legitimate methods approved by the Company are authorized means to download, install, launch, browse, register, log in to, and use SnapDrama.
Accessing or using SnapDrama through unauthorized methods is not permitted. If the Company discovers unauthorized use, it may delete, suspend, restrict an account, or discontinue service provision.
The specific content of SnapDrama services is based on the products and services actually provided. The Company may change, update, or improve service content, structure, or functions as needed for service quality, technology, or operations.
Without the Company's prior written permission, copying, reproducing, modifying, searching, mirroring, analyzing, or otherwise improperly using SnapDrama software, content, data, or services is prohibited.
3. Account Registration and Account Management
You may be able to view some SnapDrama content without registering an account. However, certain functions or services may require account registration or login.
You warrant that the information you provide during registration is true, accurate, complete, and up to date. If registration information changes, please update it promptly.
Your SnapDrama account may be used only by you. Without the Company's prior written consent, you may not transfer, lend, sell, share, or allow any third party to use your account.
If the Company determines that an account is being used by someone other than the original registrant, it may suspend, restrict, or delete the account.
You are responsible for properly managing your account and password. The Company will not be liable for losses arising from your improper management, unauthorized third-party use, or other circumstances, unless caused by the Company's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
You may apply to delete your account through the in-app settings page or by a method designated by the Company. After account deletion, some or all information, usage records, settings, and related data may be deleted or anonymized and may not be recoverable.
4. Membership Services and Fees
SnapDrama may provide membership plans that allow users to enjoy short drama content more comfortably.
The content, fees, usage period, renewal conditions, cancellation methods, and other conditions of membership plans are displayed on the purchase screen, membership plan page, or relevant in-app pages.
Displayed prices are in Japanese yen and include consumption tax.
Membership plans may be auto-renewing services. For auto-renewing plans, unless cancellation is completed by the day before the next renewal date, the same plan period will renew automatically and the specified fee will be charged.
After cancellation, you may continue to use membership services until the current membership period ends.
Due to the nature of digital content, cancellations, returns, or refunds for customer convenience after purchase completion are not accepted, except where required by law or separately approved by the Company.
5. Prohibited Acts
When using SnapDrama, you must not engage in any of the following acts.
1. Acts that violate laws, public order and morals, or these Terms.
2. Acts that infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, privacy rights, reputation rights, or other rights of the Company or third parties.
3. Acts that interfere with the normal operation of SnapDrama.
4. Unauthorized access, hacking, cracking, unauthorized data acquisition, or similar acts.
5. Accessing SnapDrama using automated tools, bots, crawlers, scraping tools, or similar means.
6. Copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, selling, or secondarily using SnapDrama content, data, software, or similar materials without the Company's permission.
7. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling SnapDrama software.
8. Impersonating another person.
9. Registering, posting, or transmitting false or misleading information.
10. Sending unauthorized advertisements, solicitations, promotions, spam, or similar communications.
11. Acts related to money laundering, fraud, illegal transactions, or other criminal activity.
12. Acts that cause damage, disadvantage, or nuisance to the Company or third parties.
13. Other acts the Company deems inappropriate.
If you violate these Terms, the Company may take measures according to the violation, including deleting content, restricting account functions, suspending accounts, stopping service use, terminating contracts, claiming damages, or reporting to relevant authorities.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in software, technology, designs, logos, trademarks, service names, images, videos, text, audio, data, and all other content related to SnapDrama belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, sell, publicly transmit, lend, secondarily use, or create derivative works from content or materials included in SnapDrama without permission from the Company or rights holders.
Use of SnapDrama does not transfer or license to you any intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties.
7. Advertisements, Campaigns, and Third-Party Services
SnapDrama may display advertisements, campaign information, links to third-party services, and similar content.
If you use third-party advertisements, services, websites, apps, or similar offerings, the terms and privacy policies of those third parties apply.
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, usefulness, transactions, information, content, or advertisements provided by third parties. Except where required by law, the Company is not liable for damages arising from use of third-party services.
8. Changes, Suspension, or Termination of Services
The Company may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of SnapDrama for business, technical, legal, operational, or other reasons.
When necessary, the Company will notify users through website notices, in-app notifications, or other appropriate methods.
In the following cases, the Company may suspend or terminate all or part of the service without prior notice to users.
1. System maintenance, updates, or failure response.
2. Failures in communication lines, servers, cloud services, or similar infrastructure.
3. Natural disasters, war, riots, infectious diseases, laws or administrative orders, or other force majeure events.
4. If you violate these Terms.
5. Other cases where the Company determines it is necessary.
9. Handling of Personal Information
The Company values your personal information and handles it in accordance with applicable laws and the Company's Privacy Policy.
The SnapDrama Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully before using SnapDrama.
10. Violations and Damages
If the Company, other users, or third parties suffer damages due to your violation of these Terms or laws, you are responsible for compensating such damages.
The Company may take necessary legal measures for claims, damages, costs, attorney fees, and all other losses arising from your violations.
Unless otherwise provided by law, the Company is not liable for indirect damages, special damages, lost profits, data loss, loss of business opportunities, or similar damages.
11. Disclaimers
The Company does not guarantee that SnapDrama will always be available without interruption, safely, without errors, or exactly as you expect.
The Company is not liable for service interruption, delay, suspension, data loss, or other damages caused by network failures, system failures, server issues, third-party service defects, device environments, communication environments, force majeure, or other causes beyond the Company's reasonable control, unless caused by the Company's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
12. Use by Minors
If you are a minor, you must use SnapDrama with the consent of your guardian or legal representative.
If a minor purchases a membership plan or other paid service, consent of the guardian or legal representative is also required.
13. Changes to these Terms
The Company may change these Terms in response to changes in laws, changes in service content, or technical or operational needs.
The revised Terms will be published on the Company's website, through in-app notification, or by other appropriate methods.
If you continue to use SnapDrama after the Terms are changed, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The formation, validity, performance, and interpretation of these Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or use of SnapDrama shall be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hong Kong as the court of first instance.
